Angel Sweet Cakes & Greenleaf Celebrations originated in
2005 as part of ARC USA Consulting: Phyllis Vernon, Executive Director, Chef
Melissa Pearson, and Donna Apiag, Coordinator of Services combined over 28
years of experience with weddings including talents in cake decorating,
catering, floral arranging and decorations. Having developed this three-pronged
business focus for weddings and special events, they have carved a niche in
southeastern
Our flowers are designed exclusively and often are uniquely different than those offered by traditional florists. We specialize in silks but we also offer custom live arrangements. Flowers and decorations for meeting halls, churches or other locations for all occasions can be purchased as part of a package with cakes or catering or separately. We strive to offer best value items as well.
The food and wedding cakes are all made from fresh ingredients, chemical free and customized to perfectly fit the occasion.
Cakes come in a variety of flavors including: our signature flavors French Vanilla, White Almond, Milk Chocolate, Almond Orange, and Simply Strawberry. Wedding cake styles are selected from traditionally stacked and separated or wacky mad hatter to multi-shaped tiers with spiral stairs, fountains or ivy-wrapped illuminated layers.
These towering delicacies can be iced with rolled fondant or butter cream and topped with fresh or silk flowers or ornate sugar work. They often include dummy or fake cake layers for smaller weddings, or an entire fake cake can be rented with sheet cake served to guests for the back. Groom’s cakes – carvings and cheese cakes are also available.

Brides can have the cake of their dreams at an affordable price. They can purchase individual services or a package that relates to their theme, design and colors. All clients are seen by appointment only at their church
office or designated meeting place.
